About the role
People buy from a video without leaving the app. You will build the services behind that, where every price, voucher and coin is checked on the server and every ringgit is accounted for.
What you will do
- Build the cart, checkout, orders and returns with sellers and buyers in mind.
- Connect payment providers and keep payments, refunds and payouts correct.
- Work on vouchers, campaigns and shipping with the Sellers team.
- Write the tests that keep money right.
What you bring
- 3 or more years building backend services, with some in commerce or payments.
- Strong SQL, transactions and care with money.
- Experience with outside APIs that fail in interesting ways.
Nice to have
- Experience with Malaysian payment methods (FPX, e-wallets).
- Experience with e-invoicing or tax rules.
